How to reach us?​

You can choose from several ways to contact the OFeed team or the community around the platform. We prefer Discord and GitHub, where the rest of the community can respond as well.

Github​

Create a new issue with a description, or even better, submit a pull request and we will review it.

Discord​

Our Discord server has a dedicated help channel where you can create a new post with a detailed description. Add any related files or images if possible. The OFeed team or other community members can help you resolve the issue.

FAQ​

1. I can't see the button shown in the documentation. What should I do?​

Try running it in an incognito browser window. It may be caused by cached data, and the latest changes may not be visible.

2. How are you different from OResults?​

OFeed is a platform that is more focused on supporting organizers than on tracking live results on your phone. We offer tools that help you keep track of current competitor data (started/did not start, chip number, etc.).
